To provide the best service to all of my clients, I have a cancellation policy in place. I do understand that unexpected events/illnesses can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. —————————————————————————— •Cancellations are free of charge if notified within a 24 hour window of your appointment. • If a 24 hour notice is not made, a cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged or must be paid before scheduling your next appointment. •If you “no show” an appointment, 100% of your service will be charged, and further appointments will not be made until payment is received.
